Platinum Package- $1000

This comprehensive package encompasses a FULL TENT for display with prominent features such as logo placement on the website, social media exposure, inclusion in the event program, featuring on the event poster, road banners, and a billboard. Payment options include a full cash contribution or a $375 cash contribution combined with $1125 in services or in-kind donations of essential supplies for event operations.

Gold Package - $800

The Ruby package offers a HALF TENT for display, along with logo placement on the website, social media exposure, and inclusion in the event program and poster. Payment can be made in full through a cash contribution or a $250 cash contribution combined with $750 in services or in-kind donations of supplies required for event operations.

Silver Package - $600

The Tourmaline package provides a self-contained, uncovered space outside the tents, ideal for smaller vehicle or equipment displays. Additionally, it includes logo placement on the website, social media exposure, and recognition in the event program.

BANNER - $300

Includes prominent placement of the company banner on the fairgrounds.

To become a vendor at the SAFRICRAFT BAZAAR

1. Familiarize yourself with the EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT.
2. Complete the VENDOR APPLICATION FORM provided below. By submitting this form, you are indicating your agreement to the terms outlined in the Exhibitor Agreement.
3. The event committee will assess your application, and you can expect a response within 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that we strive to feature a diverse array of unique products not commonly found in local curio shops. Ensure that your product images highlight the distinctiveness of your offerings.
